Teo Borenstein heads to Most as the most successful Czech F4 CEZ driver. He is thinking about fighting for the title

Three victories, three second places and third place in the championship standings. Teo Borenstein will arrive at the Racing Journal Speed Fest as the most successful Czech driver of this year's F4 Central European Zone season. On the weekend of August 1st and 2nd, he will present himself to home fans at the Autodrom Most as part of the biggest formula weekend of the season in the Czech Republic.

After three racing weekends, Borenstein is third overall. But what makes him even happier than the results is the speed he is gradually gaining together with his team.
"I'm incredibly satisfied so far, but we're only halfway through. I'm most happy with our speed, even more than with the results. Since the first training session at the Red Bull Ring, we've been working on our self-confidence and so far we've been successful. The Jenzer team, my engineer, my dad and Tomáš Enge have played a big part in that," he says of the season so far.
However, he does not want to be satisfied with his current position. "I do not consider third place as a goal. I hope I can fight for the title," he adds.
In addition to his successes, he has also experienced challenging moments. He considers the last race at the Red Bull Ring to be the most difficult, where he lost the opportunity to fight for the podium after contact with an opponent.
"Technically it wasn't the hardest race of the season, more so mentally. At that point, there was nothing left to save and all that was left was to finish. It taught me more than any victory," he says.
The ability to cope with pressure, mistakes and unsuccessful races is one of the important parts of the transition from karting to the world of formula. F4 represents one of the first crucial stages for young drivers on their way to professional motorsport. In addition to speed itself, they learn to work with a team, data, car settings and battles in a very large starting field.

A home race means more motivation
The Most event will be special for the Czech rider not only because of the fight for more points, but also because of the atmosphere of the home race.
"The bridge is different for me than other circuits. It has a nice rhythm and racing at home is a feeling that is hard to describe. When you look at the stands and see the people who came to see you, you want to push yourself a little harder," says Borenstein.
F4 CEZ will offer an exceptionally large starting field in Most with more than forty formulae. Fans will also get up close to the technology and the drivers themselves.
"In F4, everything is more open than in the big series. You get close to the cars and the drivers. This year, there are over forty cars in the field, so there will definitely be something to watch at the Most circuit," he invites fans.
In addition to F4 CEZ, the Racing Journal Speed Fest will also offer GT and touring car races, cup series, a fan zone and other accompanying programs.
Racing Journal Speed Fest will take place on August 1 and 2, 2026 at Autodrom Most. Children under 15 years of age have free admission.
