There are only two months left until the start of the WorldSBK Czech Round 2026. The FIM Superbike World Championship will return to Autodrom Most on the weekend of May 15-17, 2026, and for Czech fans it will once again be the first big motorsport weekend of the year in the Czech Republic.
This year, Most will host the sixth edition of the World Superbike Championship. The championship traditionally started in Australia at Phillip Island and now the European rounds continue in Portimao, Portugal, Assen, the Netherlands and the new Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary. The Most weekend will be the fifth stop of the season.
Last year's fifth edition brought an attendance of over 55,000 spectators and also the signing of a new contract with the championship promoter, which guarantees the races will be held at least until 2030.
"WorldSBK has a firm place in Most. We are pleased that fans return to us regularly and we are even one of the most visited races in the championship. We believe that the May weekend will continue to be part of the start of the motorsport season in the Czech Republic. WorldSBK is not just about speed - it is a weekend full of emotions and experiences, where spectators get closer to the action than anywhere else," says Josef Zajíček , general director of Autodrom Most and a member of the organizing association Automotoklub Most.
Czechs at the start and a completely new class
This season brings two big news for home fans. Three Czech regular riders of the championship will be on the starting grid this year. In the World Supersport class , Ondřej Vostatek and Oliver König will compete in the new Compos Racing team on Triumph Street Triple 765 motorcycles - the Czech team is entering the world championship with a completely Czech rider line-up. In the brand new World Sportbike class , Troy Sovička will compete in the Panattoni BGR Smrž Racing team. In addition to the regular riders, other Czech wild card riders are also expected to participate, whose names will be announced during the spring.
The 2026 season also brings a fundamental change to the championship structure: the current entry-level WorldSSP300 category is replaced by the new World Sportbike (WorldSPB) class. This is built on modern mid-size sportbikes – two- to four-cylinder machines with a displacement of around 450-800 cc – based on common road models. Compared to the SSP300 class, it will offer significantly higher performance and more technically advanced motorcycles, creating a natural transition between the junior categories and the World Supersport class. The race weekend will therefore offer three fully-fledged categories: the royal WorldSBK class, WorldSSP and the new WorldSPB .
Experiences right in the heart of the race
One of the main reasons for the popularity of WorldSBK is its extraordinary openness to fans. With a single ticket, spectators in Most have access to all spectator zones, including the paddock , where they can watch the teams work, prepare the bikes or meet the riders themselves. The program also includes a Paddock Show, rider autograph sessions and a fan zone.
A very popular part is Victory Lane – after each race, fans can move directly to the place of the winners' celebrations and watch the immediate emotions of the drivers and teams up close. This format is quite unique in motorsport and is among the moments that visitors to the Most weekend appreciate the most.
For die-hard fans who want to experience the races up close, there is a Fan Pass (limited to 50 pieces). It allows you to visit exclusive places, such as the control tower, or a view of the track from the service roads and other behind-the-scenes areas of the championship.
Program for bikers and active fans
The race weekend will begin on Thursday, May 14, when everyone will be able to run along the race track (free admission and parking) and tour the paddock.
On Friday, a unique Ride Like a Pro awaits those interested: the opportunity to ride the Most track on your own motorcycle under the guidance of experienced motorcycle coach and racer Kamil Holán, including a guided tour of the paddock and behind the scenes of the races.
During the weekend, bikers have the opportunity to become a direct part of the program on Sunday as well - with a Biker ticket they can join the traditional Bike Parade, a magnificent ride along the race track. On Saturday, after the race program ends, all fans will be able to walk along the finish line.
Tickets and practical information
New this year is the Bus & Paddock ticket, which offers convenient transportation directly to the races. Special buses will be dispatched from Prague and Dresden and will bring fans directly to the Autodrom Most area - right up to the paddock.
Ticket sales have currently entered the final wave of pre-sale , which will last until the end of April. After that, tickets will be available at full price. Children under 15 years old have free admission.
Bus & Paddock, Fan Pass and VIP tickets are available only in advance - they cannot be purchased on site. Camp Matylda (300 m from the Autodrom) is sold separately.
