Statement of Autodrom Most on the verdict in the dispute with the Huličeks

Autodrom Most is responding to the media statement of the Huličeks and their legal representative Václav Láska regarding today's decision of the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem.
It is not true that "the racetrack must stop operating on Sundays and public holidays and stop commercial rides". This was not stated by the court and both sides will have to wait for the exact wording of the reasoning for the judgment.

That is why we have already responded today that Autodrom Most takes note of the court's decision, but we will wait for the reasoning for the judgment in writing. However, we are convinced that we operate the area in accordance with its original intention and proper final approval, and we believe that our operation does not in any way interfere with the rights of third parties. Today's court decision thus restricts our constitutional right to freely conduct business. We will therefore use all available legal options in this matter, including filing an appeal.

We also want to emphasize that we still prefer open communication and finding a compromise that would allow the continued operation of the autodrome while maintaining good neighborly relations. Our negotiations are guided by the desire for transparency, feasibility of noise control measures and consideration for our neighbors.

At the same time, we want to assure all our partners and customers that Autodrom Most will continue to fulfill its obligations.
