Let go of your fear: a community event dedicated to mental health will take place at Benedikt

On Friday, October 9, the community-educational event Let Go of Your Fear will take place at the Benedikt complex in Most, offering an afternoon program for children, families, and the general public. The Most part of the nationwide initiative is being prepared by the organization MOSŤÁČEK.CZ .

The event aims to open up the topic of emotions, fear and mental health in an accessible way. From 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM, it will offer, among other things, a family march, a charity run, a children's program, a Wall of Courage, a symbolic "burning of fears" and a musical performance.

The program also includes a charitable dimension. Proceeds from the voluntary entry fee will help fund therapy, professional support, and leisure activities for children from foster families.

Autodrom Most joined in supporting the event by donating prizes to the competition. We are happy that we can at least in a small way support a project that helps our region and at the same time raises an important social issue.
