Hot Saturday in Most: Toprak Razgatlioglu dominated the racetrack, fans enjoyed a great atmosphere

Autodrom Most has had a tough first day of the racing weekend, which brought not only dramatic moments but also a great atmosphere for all fans present. As expected, the victory in the premier class of WorldSBK was taken by Toprak Razgatlioglu on a BMW.

Razgatlioglu continued his dominance at the Czech circuit, finishing first in all practice sessions and winning the first race by an incredible 5.740 seconds ahead of Danilo Petrucci (Barni Spark Racing Team). Andrea Iannone (Team GoEleven) finished the race in third place.

Toprak Razgatlioglu not only won the race, but also broke his own track record by setting the fastest lap in 1:31.540. In the superpole, he came close to the 1:30 mark by setting a lap in 1:30.064.

Czech riders also did well. In supersports, Ondra Vostatek was the best, and in Friday's qualifying he was in eighth place at one point. He started Saturday's race from eleventh position. He eventually finished in 13th place, which secured him points for the second time this season. Filip Feigl fought his way up to 20th place after a bad start. In the 300cc class, Filip Novotný finished twentieth and Daniel Tureček finished six places behind him.

Jorge Viegas, President of the International Motorcycling Federation FIM, who received the Golden Handlebar award in Prague for his lifetime contribution to motorcycling this spring, also arrived in Most on Saturday.

The organizers will not release attendance figures until the end of the weekend, but it is already clear that they will be higher than last year. The great atmosphere and exciting races attracted many fans who are looking forward to the continuation on Sunday.

This will bring the second part of the race, in which Czech fans will mainly cheer for Ondra Vostatek, whose bike is working well and despite a heavy crash last weekend at Donington, he has a promising weekend. Fans will also be watching to see if Toprak Razgatlioglu will extend his winning streak to the eighth time in a row. Sunny weather and exciting races attract visitors to the biggest motorcycle event of the season in the Czech Republic.
