AUTODROM MOST: Calendar of events for the 2024 season

The highlight of the Most season next year will be the fourth World Superbike Championship, which is enjoying increasing popularity among fans. The calendar for next year will also include the traditional European circuit truck championship Czech Truck Prix, and the car festival The Most CLASSIC is among the top three events of the season this year.

The Most Autodrom has once again prepared a diverse mix of events for motorsport fans for the 2024 season, offering a world-class show, family entertainment, and an active connection between fans of the autodrom and classic cars.

The biggest Czech event in motorsport next summer will be the fourth WorldSBK World Superbike Championship , which attracted 54 thousand visitors this year, which was almost a third more than last year. The popularity stems not only from the attractive concept of the entire series based on great interaction with the spectators, but also from the unprecedentedly balanced starting field and dramatic battles. "Last year, we divided the entrance fee into the spectator slope and the racing paddock, which allowed us to make the superbikes accessible to an even wider audience. Approximately 40% of the spectators used the more affordable tickets and watched WorldSBK from the spectator slope. We will keep the entrance fee amount and system in the same mode for next year and we are launching sales now so that fans can also use the tickets as a Christmas gift for their loved ones ," says Josef Zajíček, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Autodrom Most. The Most Superbike Championship will be postponed for next year due to the Olympic Games, which were set for July 19-21 . "Thanks to the Olympics, an Olympic Park will be created in the Most Lake area, whose facilities and capacities, including parking, will also be available to WorldSBK visitors. We should thus be as prepared as possible for the expected large influx of fans," describes Josef Zajíček, describing the ongoing negotiations with the city about the synergy of the two companies.

The second most visited event in Most, the European Circuit Truck Championship – Czech Truck Prix & NASCAR, will once again take place on its traditional date, which is the last holiday weekend from 30 August to 1 September . Circuit trucks, as well as cars from the European NASCAR series and other supporting series , will compete on the race track. The event aims to offer entertainment for the whole family , and the entrance fee has been adjusted to this (with a family ticket, a child is free) and the accompanying program, which will offer a number of attractions. “We want to attract families and the Czech Truck Prix has always been associated with a rich accompanying program. We have Truck Fest, this year the audience saw, for example, a performance by Libor Podmol, and next year we want to offer other family attractions that will be free as part of the admission fee,” Josef Zajíček entices.

TICKETS WORLDSBK 2024 CZECH ROUND

Among the unmissable highlights of the Most calendar this year is the automobile festival The Most CLASSIC, which combines races, an exhibition and a meeting of historic cars . This year, almost 10 thousand visitors were able to admire about five hundred historic vehicles of all categories. In 2024, the calendar moves to an earlier date of 27–29 September . and the organizers plan to offer participants from the general public more time to drive on the large circuit. However, there will also be racing cars and competitive drives. “We are working to gradually develop The Most CLASSIC into a truly large automobile festival, where owners, collectors and historic car clubs, as well as fans and the public, will meet. We are the leading Czech racing circuit and we want to offer everyone the opportunities that the entire area offers,” describes Josef Zajíček, who owns several vintage cars himself.

In the Most calendar for next season, we will find a number of other sporting events, such as the FIA CEZ and ESET Cup automobile races, the IDM International German Motorcycle Championship, or the Autoshow and Safety Day, which traditionally close the autodrome season.

CZECH TRUCK PRIX & NASCAR 2024 TICKETS

During the winter, further work will be carried out at the circuit. In addition to routine maintenance, it will mainly concern safety improvements . "Basically, it concerns the reconstruction and modification of the escape zones in turns T16 and T17. We are also planning to modify the approach in turn T1 to increase safety when braking motorcycles. Modification of the curbs in turn T3, drainage and we will begin the first phase of construction of barriers in the rear part of the circuit. Furthermore, modifications will be made to the control tower, expansion of radio frequencies and we are also constantly improving the surveillance camera system we designed. Last but not least, design work has started on the new medical center," lists the most important modifications Jindřich Hrneček, sports director of the circuit.
